The project has an impact on two machining centers already in our possession, a Rema Control RAFFAELLO R5A 6 and duna Hartford 5A-65E which have been equipped with two automatic palletizing systems and the related JMS® 4.0 software that meet the requirements of industry 4.0.

MES PRO
Production control system (MES PRO) interfaced directly with the machine tools in order to extrapolate information on the status of the processing (processing time) on the alarms and possible stops of the machine and on the pieces produced. The system interfaces directly with the PLC of the machine to obtain the necessary information through the company intranet present on all the machines. The system also uses a CMMS module that manages the scheduled maintenance of all systems.

Energy monitoring system of the plants
It is based on a UPS system that powers the entire plant. In addition to providing an energy backup in the event of a grid failure, it is equipped with an intelligent power system that allows you to carry out an electronic power factor correction and analyze the quality of the grid in terms of voltage level, harmonics, frequency, etc. The system carries out measurements both on the total energy component of the plant and on the individual machine tools. This is possible thanks to the use of dedicated measurement panels for each machine that interface the company intranet via the network, with a central server for data acquisition and processing.
