Quella degli Its è ormai una sfida vinta, anche in provincia di Avellino.
Lo dimostra la presenza nel capoluogo irpino del ministro all’Istruzione Patrizio Bianchi. Una sfida nella quale la OMI ha creduto sin dall’inizio diventando socio fondatore dell’Istituto Tecnico Superiore ‘Antonio Bruno‘ di Grottaminarda per uno sviluppo sostenibile del business.
Durante la mattinata del 8 luglio, infatti, presso la sede di Confindustria di via Palatucci, l’esponente dell’esecutivo guidato da Mario Draghi ha incontrato i vertici dell’associazione degli industriali e soprattutto i ragazzi che frequentano l’Istituto Tecnico Superiore di Grottaminarda; tra gli ex studenti dell’istituto c’erano anche alcuni giovani ora in forza presso la OMI Srl che hanno dato la loro testimonianza come Vittorio, ora impegnato nel reparto manutentivo guidato dall’ingegnere Pietro Rosi.
Concluso l’incontro con gli studenti, il ministro ha partecipato all’assemblea degli imprenditori sui ”Nuovi orizzonti della formazione”, a partire proprio dagli Its, nati come una sfida e oggi diventati tassello fondamentale per una occupazione giovane e di qualità.

During the morning of July 8, in fact, at the headquarters of Confindustria in via Palatucci, the representative of the executive which was led by Mario Draghi, met with the leaders of the association of industrialists and especially the young people who attend the Higher Technical Institute of Grottaminarda; among the former students of the Institute there were also some young people, who are now emloyees at OMI Srl, who gave their testimony as Vittorio, now engaged in the maintenance department led by engineer Pietro Rosi.
At the end of the meeting with the students, the minister took part in the meeting of the entrepreneurs on ”New horizons of training”, starting from the ITS, born as a challenge but became a fundamental element for a quality employment for the young.
